i rang the hospital on thursday and all they said they will do is keep me in over night and i wont get a scan still until monday.
they said unless i flood the sanitary towel then not to go back, well i'm not flooding one, havnt flooded at night either i usually do when i am on my period but havnt this time

the nurse also told me they DO have a scanning machine on the ward but cant use it as only certain consultants are trained to use it

will hang fire til monday. at least everything will be gone by then and they will know

just wish i know now

so hard.

i dont know what happens or what you are supposed to see when you mis carry never had one, keep googling it but it comes up with all sorts

x

Like others have said, this most certainly is not your fault. Talk to someone and start getting the help you need and then you will be happier and healthier and know when it feels right to try again. I have a very good friend with anorexia and she's been working very hard to get healthy because some day she wants kids and knows she needs to be healthy. She had a miscarriage a few years back and I can see how much she wants a baby of her own. She's improved so much with support from her friends and her nutritionist, I believe she'll get her wish when she's ready.

Laura I'm so sorry to hear what's happened...

I really hope you'll be ok. I don't think this is your fault - you've got an illness, and didn't choose it. Bulimia's a horrible illness and anyone who thinks that people choose to have it are very ignorant. It's not even certain that it caused this to happen - people are sick in pregnancy all the time and go on to have healthy babies.

I hope to see you here again sometime in the future, all better from your eating disorder, and pregnant and happy again.
