I'm Currently Feeling: 



my right butt cheek


everytime i get up from being sat down, or lead down my right butt cheek goes completely numb.
is this normal?

I'm Currently Feeling: 



I was having HORRIBLE issues with early sciatica.
My entire left side was inflamed for a good 10 week period.
thankfully it went away.
I purchased the "mommy belt" which holds your pelvis in place when you sleep.
Another awesome and easy thing you can do is to sleep with a pillow between your knees. You will def notice a diference.
