days where you feel like Crap? Warning a little Rant lol

Hey Ladies

Just wondering if any of you
get them days where you just feel like Crap
and feel like sitting just crying all day long..

I havent had a day like this since i found out i was preg
but today just feeling complelty blue .
had awful bad dreams last night i lost this baby and
tbh has scared the s**te of me now..
12scan in 12days and am counting down hours and mins
am that damn scared ...terrified it will be another mmc
as i found out at 12+wks before that i had mc at 10+wks and i am 10+4 now
im terrified

and seeing other ladies threads that just lost the beans
my heart goes out to them.. and then guilt sets in then for
me feeling sorry for myself when them poor ladies are dealing with loss

Sorry for the rant ladies
just wanted to know if i am the only one that feels like they going mad

I noticed that I feel more like crap when I don't get a good nights sleep. Even the nausea is much worse then. So please rest as much as you can and read/watch only positive things that make you feel good!

Im having one of those days today, although im more stroppy and stressed than tearful

. Ive had stupid dreams aswell, last night I dreamt about this baby being in SCBU, propably because of my underlying fear that it will happen again as it did with Evie

.

Im sure your scan will be just fine, and that all this anxiety will be unfounded.
