kidney pain or back pain?

i have aches in my lower back, it switches from side to side and it resembles the aching i had with a kidney infection a few years ago, its not severe, i can deal with it, its just a random ache, it doesn't hurt when i pee, could it be a kidney infection or is it just back pains?

ive got that hun turns out ive got a uti try make an appointment with your gp to get checked xxx

Hi, if you have any concern that you have a kidney or urine infection you should get yourself off to see you docs, if you can take a sample with you.
