| blood tests.
ive been for my first midwife appointment today and had my blood taken for blood tests but ive agreed to be tested for HIV, but now i feel ive done the wrong thing.
what if it comes back possitive.
i said yes to it as i thought that if it is possitive then i can get the care we need.
help. |

I'm Currently Feeling:  | why do you think you have done the wrong thing? not wanting to get tested is the most selfish thing you could possibly do.
they need to be aware of everything that can interfere with the pregnancy and HIV is no small thing. |

I'm Currently Feeling:  | I had the blood tests too, and also agreed to do the HIV test. Although I was almost certain that I don't have HIV I figured it was better for the baby to go ahead and have it done. I think you have done the right thing |
