I went to the doctor who gave me tablets - basically anti-histamines(sp?)
Also, try Ginger biscuits, cordial, tea, as ginger is a natural product to help sickness.
Also, i have the sickness bands that put pressure on your wrists and they are brill

I think I tried all natural alternatives and listed some here:

Nausea: My hippy herbal route and results.

But I have to say apart form making sure my blood sugar was up (with whatever it needed but ideally with Low GI foods so that blood sugar didn't crash after the high) and just riding it out till it finally waned was the only real answer Hope you don't have too bad a time of it!

I find sucking mints or polos works for me. Helps to settle your stomach and take any funny taste out of your mouth xx

i tried everything and nothing helped...

i did find it helpful to have a bucket close to my bedside and a carrier bag in my handbag when out and about (seriously that was how bad i had it).

no advice hun other than get lots of sleep! hope it goes away for you soon.

Oh yeah! I remember, lying in bed half an hour after eating some dry cream crackers kinda helped the morning sickness bit.
