I drink Starbucks Black Tea Lemonade, and that helps some. Saltines, and small meals do too. (I have been having nausea, but no positive preg test yet).

most of you answered something to do with ginger..maybe that explains why i've been craving for a hot soup that has ginger...sometimes we unconciously know what's the best prevention/cure for this and that...hey even when it comes to our baby when were pregnant..well the feeling of morning sickness is also good..before i used to smoke and drink..but now i can't even take the smell of cigarette 2m away from me..lol..kidding aside..what i meant is we're taking care of our baby too unconciously when morning sickness kicks in..

Sparkling water and crackers seem to work for abit. Went to pharmasy today and she said there was nothing she could give me and to "grin and bare it" I couldve hit her

Congratulations on your pregnancy

I made myself about 150 gingerbread men when i had it (granted it was only mild and only lasted a week). I put loads of ginger into them and ate one about every half hour

A bit of fresh ginger grated into hot water and a little honey should help. i used this a few times, even before I was pregnant.
