The Ring Trick.... Anyone tried it?

Okay, so I read that if you place your wedding or engagement ring on a chain and settle it over your bump it will move itself in circles for a girl and back & forth for a boy. I've tried it 4 times (once even using my credit card as I didn't trust my fingers weren't doing it) and every time my result has said boy!

Just wondering if anyone else has tried it and whether their result turned out right or wrong? x

Not too surprisingly a ring at rest tends to stay at rest. Nothing happened.

You need to hang it from a piece of your hair, someone else needs to do it and you must "set" the ring on the hand of a male and the hand of another female. You will see it change direct over the male and females hands. Then someone must hold it over the bump and hold it still. Leave it and it will pick a swing! You will know which swing is which from the Setting exercise at the begining. I have now got this right 3 times in a row with friends!!! Good luck!

PS no one has tried on me yet! Will let you know when we do.

xx

I haven't tried it this time (as not sure what is bloat and what is bump!) but I did with my first and it said Boy... and it was right! All the old wives tales said that I was going to have a boy... weirdy!
