I was addicted to chinese food when I was PG, although I still am he he!

I've worked in a couple of Chinese Restaurants and I've never heard anything about being PG, although personally I would just keep away from fish dishes, and if having duck make sure its cooked properly!

Monosodium glutamate, sodium glutamate, flavor enhancer. Found in many different dishes. Pick up a bag of Doritos potato chips (or other brands) and you'll see MSG on the label.
