Hey girls,


well since i found out i was preganant i've had such a bad back, to the point where i cant sleep or turn to the side, has anyone else had this its so painfull.
i have it all the time, the only time it feels ok is when i have a nice bath.

cant take much more and i think OH is getting sick of me going on about it lol

why don't you try getting some of those heat wraps? it might help with the pain and let you get some sleep. Hope you start feeling better soon.
