I'm only 6 weeks pregnant. Up until 3 days ago I was fine. Now I'm just nauseous and not hungry all day. I've forced myself to eat crackers, bananas, applesauce - but I have to take the teeniest bites and usually can't finish.

My OB perscribed me Odansetron - the generic of Zofran for nausea and morning sickness but I've been taking it for the past 3 days and it isn't working.

Has anyone else used this drug with success? Did it maybe take awhile for the drug to work?

No, my doc asked me to go on the B6 vitamin and Unisom combo. It helped a little, but I just suffered through it mostly.

I am taking generic Zofran and Reglan before meals. After a few days, when it really got into my system, it was like MAGIC. I didn't even feel pregnant anymore. I actually stopped taking it because I didn't feel pregnant anymore!

Why...oh why did I do that? Since I've been back on it ( about 3 weeks) it has never done what it did before. I'm still sick if I don't eat on schedule, I still throw up bile, I still get terrible gas.

So in essence, what I'm saying is...it worked very well initially...but as time went on...it has lost it's effectiveness in my opinion.
