Vitamins and mineral supplements

Hey guys,

Just wondering what everyone is taking supplement wise? My pharmacist recommended 'elevit' but ive never heard of it so im unsure?

Any ideas???

I'm taking Flinstones chewable vitamins for kids. The only thing I can really hold down.
