Filled with fear and worry....

Well i cant belive how quick time is coming round I'm 11+3 today and its all coming back to me... for those who dont know my story...

33wks kates now 9
22wks Harry born sleeping aug 2000
28wks Jak now 7
27wks Kyle now 5
25+6wks Tj 4 in aug
24+3wks Ella died after 5hrs 8mins in april 2007
25+5wks Lily-mae now 17months

With Tj, Ella and Lily my waters broke between 18-19wks.... I've been so positive so far and been determand to get a nice 36+weeker... but these last few days its all gone to pot my consultant who has been amazing with my last one, agreed a care plan back in jan so far none of its been done i have a meeting with her tomoro as ive been to clinic3 times and she's not been thier... but in my latest email she is saying we'll play it by ear... with regards to a stitch being done at 12 wks... in jan she said we'll stitch regardless of cerivx so we can try to prevent your waters going and your cervix shortening in jan she said this was my only option of hoepfully getting to term... that and a higher dose of tinzaprin for my factor 5... so so worried.

I mean i know for a fact that when i start me serial cervical scans next week my cerivx will be fine it always is on 12,13,14,15,16,17 week scan then at 18 im funneling and then they wont stitch me.. then WHAM BAM 3 -4 days later my waters go... just so worried im gonna end up with another prem.. and highly possibly a severly disabled child we already ahve tj adn lily who both are severly disabled who wouldnt of tried again if we didnt belive we could get to term...

Just wanna go to that meeting tomoro and point this out... on a happy note 3 wks tomoro til we find out what flavor we have still 110% sure its a girl and we done an intergender which ahs also said girl..

Thanks for listening girls...

xxxxxx

I am sorry to hear of your losses I definately think you should push for a stitch this time round going by what they said earlier in the year. Wishing you a long, boring, uneventful pregnancy xxx

honey can they not stitch your cervix closed ? with my first paul i had low fluid all the way till 24 weeks when mine started leaking well what was left unfort he passed away so my consultant said that they would keep a close eye on me and give cervical scans and they said to me then about putting in a stitch if they think that i was gonna loose fluid x

Oh that is so tragic, I'm so sorry that things have turned out this way for you. I would definately push for a stitch. I really hope this pregnancy goes to term, I wish you lots and lots of luck.

Demand the stitch sweetie.

Nevermind this play it by ear BS, you know your own body at this stage.

I wouldn't be too happy with the doc not being there every time you go to the clinic, I wonder if you could request a transfer to a different one?
