| Tbh, I would fly home early. Your health and your babies health takes priority from now on. The scans are important, if nothing else theyŽll give you peace of mind that everything is OK with you and your little one. Your OH will understand you leaving early, because heŽll want to know thats everything is OK with you both. If you stay in Japan, youŽll not be able to relax and enjoy yourself as youŽll still have this niggling doubt at the back of your head.
Thats my two penneth worth anyway and thats what I would do.
