Should I worry about a broken toe?

Silly me...I kicked my ottoman last night with my little pinkie toe and I broke it. I'm pretty sure it's broken anyways, at the small joint. The toe is now blue and red and a bit swollen.

Now I know the drs will not do anything for a broken toe, but should I worry about it being preggo?

I don't think so

I had the exact same thing happen to me 3 weeks ago. I tied my pinky and the next toe together using medical tape and iced it for a few hours. It was sore but I was able to walk with some level of comfort almost a week later.

Good luck!

Doubt it would have any effect.

Make sure that your diet is high in calcium, though. Baby will always get your calcium from you (so wont suffer - like any parasite, they look after themselves by robbing you ), but your body needs to supply calcium to your teeth and your bones (especially for the repair and to strengthen it again). So if your diet isn't high enough in calcium, then it will take longer for your toe to properly heal and you teeth migth suffer...

Hope that you feel better soon
