stomach 'pain'

I have a funny 'pain' under my ribs on the left which goes through to my back. It's really hard to describe it's not pain pain it's just kind of there. Just feels odd, every now and then it feels like a ripple and the rest of the time I can just feel something. It helps if I rub the area but can't sit here all day and do that! Sorry that probably doesn't make sense but has anyone else had a strange pain/sensation like this, not sure if I should be worried. I have eaten crap all day as we had a christmas buffet at work don't know if that could be it?

Any thoughts would be good. Thank you (I'm 11 or 12 weeks now)

I had similar pain at around 12-13 weeks and it was nothing to worry about but see your GP if your concerned.

I've booked a Dr's appointment for tomorrow morning cos it's still there. I've been tearfull all day for no reason too. I just don't feel right, hopefully everything is fine and it's just me being daft.
