Ridiculous Vivid Dreams & Hysterical Crying (Embarassing)

Hi everyone. This is humilitating. I am probably going to get caught by my friends Ok. I am almost 8 weeks pg. From the beginning, I have had vivid weird dreams. They are so strange that they wake me up. Ok, last night I dreamed I gave birth in the highway with trucks driving around me! The night before I was being chased by ground beef hamburger things! WTF???

Crying. Since I have been pg, I randomly bawl about once a week. Last night, my friend told me her little dog got hit by a car and was killed. The little dog was cute but kind of in your face annoying. His eyes were crooked. He was kind of a face only a mother could love. Well, as soon as she said he was hit, I went HYSTERICAL...I cried so damn hard, I couldn't even say goodbye. I hung up the phone and ran to the bed. My DH didn't know what the hell was going on. I cried for an hour. Sobbed. It felt really good to get it out. It felt cooped up. I don't know. After that, I felt really good. I went back to watching tv and laughing like normal. I feel so bizarre and weird. I am not depressed or going through any hard times. I don't understand it. I have a 9 year old DS and it was never this bad. Well, I did cry when I saw stuffed animals at about 6 months pg. Never like this. I FEEL SO WEIRD!!!!
Please help...

Yes, definitely hormones

Other women have said that their pregnancies can be very different, so might explain why it is different from your last.

Hope that it passes and you feel more human soon

Last night I dreamt I was trying (unsuccesfully) to breastfeed my 13 year old sister- that is disturbing! hehe. I cry at the end of MADE when the kid gets to do whatever it is that they wanted to do and also during extreme pregnancy when the lady is in pain and then when baby comes. Not a lot we can do about it I am afraid.

I know what you mean. My dreams have become much more intense and vivid since I got pregnant. I woke up out of one a couple of weeks ago which is the first time that's happened in my life.

I had a dream that I was breastfeeding a dog. Gross. It still makes me sick to think about how disturbed my brain must be to dream about that. UGH!

I've also been bawling uncontrollably...mostly at night - and I agree, it feels SO good to just scream and bawl and have a bit of a fit! Let it out, sista!!!

Thank you all so much for your awesome help! Yes, I dreamed I had a litter of piglets with red hair when I was pg with DS lol lol... My friend is pg too and just dreamed she gave birth to red and blue cupcakes... I dreamed I gave birth to a five year old! THAT is weird lol...And they get weirder but I won't bother you all with that I cried more today. It is so humiliating. I can't go to the grocery store without sobbing over the celery in the vegetable aisle because "it was killed." WHAT THE HELL!

I dreamed I tunneled like a mole from my house to my OH's EX's house and surfaced in the bathroom only to find my OH naked in the bath!!! Needless to say I woke up screaming and bawling at that one! Though it's completely rediculous!

I've also dreamed that we become homeless just before bubs is born and I end up giving birth on a park bench! I cried at that one too! lol

I also cry at certain adverts on the tele ha ha ha!

My dreams were very strange at first but seem to have settled a little although I wasn't asleep long last night whe I could have sworn someone got in bed behind me and started assaulting me, was laying in top of me etc, I thought it was DH and woke up screaming but there was no-one there!
