Scan tomorrow - empty belly panic syndrome has begun, anyone else?! UPDATE WITH PIC - Page 2

im feeling like that every day. im so nervous, my scan wont be till im gone 14 weeks, its 2 weeks tomorrow and im not a skinny minny at all so i havent got a bump yet and i keep thinking, maybe im just imagining the symptoms, maybe somethings up with me and im not pregnant. hope my lil bean is there. good luck hun enjoy it x x

I had exactly the same thought process and even posted on here about it. I walked into the hospital muttering about bad feelings and was so sure something could have gone wrong I could barely take in seeing my lovely jiggly baby on screen. I worked myself up too much to enjoy that moment to the full. Try and relax and enjoy it. x

I was just the same at my 12 weeks scan. Even when I saw the baby on the screen and heard the heartbeat I still didn't believe it.

I'm now on the countdown to my 20 week scan and I still don't believe there's anything there. Even though I have small bump and flutters in my stomach.

I don't think it will sink in until I actually hold my baby.

That was totally me! I went last week at 12 weeks and despite 2 early scans, I was convinced it had gone. And I only went last week, and I still find it hard to beleive it's still there.

I'm thinking because I can't feel it, it's a bit difficult to beleive!!

Yep... me too. I was physically shaking before my scan on Monday (at 11 weeks). My OH was very reassuring but couldn't understand why I was so on edge- he was just excited- even when I explained why I was worried! Mind you... it was him who got tearful when we saw bubs wriggling about on the screen. lol! You'll love it!

Its comforting to read that we all share the same concerns! I hope your scan went well and your feeling loads better now after seeing bean :-)

My 1st scan is on Friday and I'm around 12 weeks, I was also wondering if I'm not imagining the whole thing despite loads of symptoms and 2 positive tests! lol

I had a scan on Monday and I have to have another today (see my other thread lol baby wouldn't hold still) and I'm scared that the baby won't be there today and I just saw it on MONDAY. LOL

Ha...my OH likes to arrive early so we can park a long ways off and not have to pay for parking.....it took 10min to walk to get to office...and it was HOT. Things will go good...best of luck, and have fun.
