BFP after mc but am I expecting another mc?

Hi, I had an early mc at 5 weeks back in April. This is now my 2nd cycle after mc and using cbfm had a peak but no other ov signs like I normally do. Anyway, this morning got a bfp at 14DPO but am worried already. Like the mc cycle, have no pg symptoms just the pos hpt's (3 including 1 digi). When I feel pg with dd I had pg symptoms from very early on so knew before the mc that although got bfp something wasn't right. Then at the confirmation scan they found a polyp in my uterus which ghey said could affect implantation.
I feel bad that I should be excited about my bfp but am worried this will end in the same way. Has anyone else had bfp after mc but then gone on to have same pg symptoms as the mc but a healthy positive outcome on scans etc if that makes sense?
I'm about to tell dh we have a bfp(s) but feel empty about them as if 'here we go again'.

Yes me!

I had early bleeding with my previous miscarriage and no real pregnancy symptoms. With my current pregnancy I also had early bleeding ( more than the mc actually, it was hemmorage) and no pregnancy symptoms but this time, my pregnancy progressed normally!

Every pregnancy is different so try and feel positive about this one! Congratulations!

Hi i had an ectopic pregnancy in december/jan (surgery new years night) and then i fell again at the end of febuary which turned out to be a missed miscarriage, both those pregnancies i had symptoms. I got a bfp the other day and apart from being tired i have no real symptoms! but every pregnancy is different

That's the problem with mc's. They take it all the excitement out of it for the first wee while. I had a mc in April and got my bfp 6 weeks later when I got frustrated waiting for my af and tested to rule it out.

I haven't let myself get excited and find it difficult to read much about pregnancy. I think it will be different after the 12 week scan.

last night. I miscarried in March. I remember telling everyone about all three of my pregnancies before my miscarriage. Now for this pregnancy I am so scared, beyond scared, and I have only known for 24 hours.

Thanks for all your replies.
When told dh last night his words were 'again, are you sure' so he's nervous too. Shame, as remember when found out pg with dd we were over the moon, smiling and giggling like kids for ages.
It sounds like we all feel the same and it so tough. My mc was at 5/6 weeks (they weren't sure as nothing on the scan) and only knew for just under a week so think this'll be a long week until I get way past 'that' same point. My gp has promised an early scan so am counting down the hours until the surgery opens tomorrow to call him.
My thoughts are with you all and hope our beans are super sticky. Thank you for sharing your experiences it has helped a great deal.
