I want my sleep back. Have you seen it?

I am up and down all night to pee. Then when I'm laying down I'm not really sleeping because I'm having some wacky dreams. Last night I dreamed that I was at an astranged aunts house, and I was staying in a very run down room with ceiling tiles missing etc. The room had 2 ceiling fans and about 15 wall switches. I couldn't get both fans lights to turn off at the same time. I was running around and round trying all the switches! Some of the switches had raw wires poking out. It was madness.

Then I dreamed that I woke up in a pool of blood! That was awesome. NOT.

UGH. I just want some sleep! I'm going to conk myself out with some Benedryl tonight. LOL

SLEEP I need SLEEP!

I havn't seen it hun. I think it ran away with mine.

I keep having the same dream over and over, where I'm back in the house I grew up in but it's dark and the lights don't work.

If I'm going to be made restless with these vivid dreams the least I ask is for an appearance from Johnny Depp.

I can think of a few others that would work for me as well!

Wow,
and I thought it was just me - if its not the wacky dreams, its getting up 2 times to pee.... fun! no wonder women are exhausted by the time they give birth - no sleep for the prior 9 months - no one mentionned that to me before!
Roll on afternoon-nap time!

We should make a list and really concentrate on them before going to sleep.

What's the betting we still end up dreaming of abseiling off mount everest (or something equally as terrifying or weird) instead!

Wow - I thought this was my thread and then realized as I have a mental capacity of a 4 year old right now that I couldnt have come up with anything so witty! I have the exact same problem! If I drink at all in the evenings then I am up more than 2ce in a night though - more like every 2 hours. If I limit drinking then Im more at 2 x's a night. Im constantly dreaming and its not helping me feel rested at all. I feel like a zombie during the days that my sleep is the worst. I am starting to feel like Im getting my energy back a little - but this sleep part of it seems like a separate problem.

My friend said to me that it is our bodies way of preparing us for when baby is here and we need to get up in the night to feed/change them. It made me feel better about it. I average 2-4 times a night! Xx
