Just snooping over here in 1st tri and firstly wanted to say- lovely bump!

A situation at work forced me to tell quite a few senior staff very early on (around 5/6 weeks) and by the time i was 9 weeks, most people knew. It wasn't "ideal" but i was nice in a way. They knew how anxious i was (having miscarried previously) and i didn't have to explain myself away (e.g. when it came to needing to rush to the loo, or having a day off to go for a scan etc) so there are pros.

I understand you being hesitant as things can still go wrong at 10, 12 weeks etc, but although it is rare things can go wrong at any step of the way and you can't let fear decide for you. It is totally up to you, if you feel like you want to share go for it, but if you think it will worry you more having more people know then hold back and keep people guessing for a bit longer!

Good luck whatever you decide!
