Though I didn't have a lot of back pain, I know it is not uncommon. Our bodies begin to rearrange themselves to make room for the baby. So that is just part of it. I had a lot of pressure/pain in my ribcage which is totally weird feeling.

Just keep an eye on it hun and if it gets worse or worries you then contact your GP, but I had quite an uncomfy pain in the side of me around my ribs, and I used to get that throughout pregnancy, there never was an explaination, but I have not had it since having Alfie!
