Im feeling really bad this morning.

Last night i was really horible to my OH. I couldnt help but everything he did say or do got my wound up.

and now i feel so guilty

I have been like jekyl and hyde for the past couple of weeks

he was rustling a crisp bag whilst eating them the other day when i was trying to watch something on the tv ... annoyed me so much! i wouldn't normally be so petty

i think its normal!

try and put it out of your mind - you were only snappy because of hormones, and you only feel bad because of hormones!!
