Thank you all for your posts, it's good to see that i'm not alone. I bought some chicken the other day so I'm going to have my husband grill it and I'm gonna try to eat healthier dinners even if the only healthy thing is the meat, lol!!! Anything has to be better than last night's dinner (mac ' n cheese and a few jalapeno poppers). Good luck to us all for eating healthier (as long as our bun in the oven lets us).

I'm Currently Feeling:

I've had the same problem... Before I got pregnant/morning sickness, I ate salads daily. For dinner, I'd throw in some grilled chicken. I had gained a bit of weight so I was trying to lose it again... Once I started getting the morning sickness, I couldn't eat. I ate saltines, and drank juice and that was it. After a little bit tho, ALL I wanted to eat was Mexican food!! My family and friends probably think I'm crazy cause its not good for me at all, but even the other day, we were going for a girls lunch and debating where we should go. I was like, how about mexican. And they just laugh now...

I would say, especially during the 1st tri, eat what you can. It was difficult for me to eat anything, so what I could, I ate. I think for me around 19-20 weeks my appetite started coming back like double time. Now I can eat a variety of foods, and try to keep the house stocked with healthier food. I still cant eat salads like I used to... I can eat some from restaurants, but only certain ones. And even now, thinking about broccoli makes me nauseas. But just eat what you can, weight gain is good for baby, and you will be able to lose it as soon as he/she is born.
