metallic taste...

Yuck! I've been getting a terrible strong metallic taste in my mouth whenever I eat. It's so bad that I've had to stop eating even when I'm starving! Has anyone else experienced this? Was there anything you did to alleviate it?

The metallic taste and the bleeding gums are both very normal.

Firstly the metallic taste, many people find that peppermint helps and epscially peppermint tea, so worth a try. Hope it helps

As for the bleeding gums, you have more blood in your system now and it continues like this and as a result the blood is pushed to the surface and therefore brushing can cause you to bleed from the abbrasive actions......there really is nothing to worry about.

My mum got this when she drank certain things. The only thing she could drink was elderflower water for 9 months.
