i've had a tummy upset..should i worry?

so today i'm not sure if i ate something bad or what, but i've had 3 big bouts of upset tummy...sorry if tmi..
DB has eaten the same as me but he's fine.

should i worry, i mean, if it was bad food should i worry? suppose it's a bit late now, but feel i should maybe do something? i thought about taking something but thought maybe it was better to let whatever bad is inside me get out?....is immodium ok whilst pregnant?

i feel almost guilty for letting bugs near baby!...

Are you in the UK? If so call the NHS line on 0845 4647 which is the health advice line. They'll take all your information and get a nurse to call you back with information as to what to do.

thanks, that's what i'm thinking - they say our immune systems are downa bit when preggers dont they....i just dont want to be the sort of pregnant lady who bothers thedoc every 3 seconds with things that are rediculous...it's hard when it's all so new to know what is rediculous or not isnt it.
