Both mine were at 12, hence why its called a 12 week scan! 12 weeks is the norm ....

I got my date through for mine Friday and its going to be on the 4th January which will make me around 12 weeks ish. I wasn't certain of dates though so think thats why they have given me one earlier as my sister, you also lives in yorkshire did not have one with both her children until she was 20 weeks.... I was disappointed to wait until 12 weeks!! So glad i said i wasn't sure of my dates!

with my first child i only ever had one scan, i thought it had all changed now but maybe not eh

you're best off ringing your midwife or hospital. I know in Calderdale you are only offered a 20 week scan but Bradford you get 12 and 20 week.
Im going through Calderdale again so only entitled to one but as unsure of dates im going for a dating scan 2 weeks today. Cant wait!!!

Know here in south lincs 10/12 weeks for dating scan then around 20 weeks for detailed scan. Having to wait until 20 weeks for first scan seems a long time

My first was 1.5 weeks ago at 6.5 weeks but that was because they were afraid i was having an eptopic pregnancy.. i'll have my next one tomorrow at eight weeks.. dunno when the next one will be though.. i don't think i'll get one in a long time.
