Need to vent

Ok, the first trimester SUCKS! I remember being this tired with my first pregnancy, but it didn't seem as bad as it is this time! I know it's because I have a 13 month old and I cannot just take naps whenever I want like I did before. I love my son to pieces, but he is SO exhausting! I am starting to get really nervous about this second baby because everything is going to be so different! I am so behind on laundry, my kitchen looks like it hasn't been swept in years, and the dishes are piling up because I am eating every half hour! My BF is getting on me about the house looking the way it does and the fact that we haven't had sex in two weeks, I am already starting to "show" and my favorite jeans are getting too tight. And why can't men understand? It's like just because I am not 9 months preggers and ready to pop doesn't mean that I do not feel uncomfortable and gross! How can he expect sex at a time like this? I just want this trimester to be over so I can start enjoying being pregnant again! Is anyone else feeling this way? What about all you moms who have a child already? How am I going to cope with an almost 2 year old and a newborn? I know it sounds like I am whining...and I guess I am, but I know there is probably a bunch of you who are feeling somewhat similar emotions...anyway...thanks for listening, and if anyone has any advice on how to cope with emotions and fatigue, let me know!!

Well I'd say your Boyfriend needs a slap because you're the one who is pregnant not him. He's selfish to put stress on you, especially in the first 3 months. I'd advise he should be getting involved. It's just like with post natal depression. It is so important for your partner to take the strain off. So if he works he should come in and take the other little one off your hands and help with the house work. He should offer to cook and help with the house work. He helped create the little one so the least he could do is take the strain off you.

i cant even imagine having a little one and feeling this tired....
we've got to try and not worry about things like the dishes...so what if they pile up for a while?
BF should help out, I'm lucky - i've been amazed at how helpful my DB has been - tidying, cooking and generally being a star. Your DB should take some of the strain off you.
and sex wise, he'll just have to wait. you're the most important right now, focus on you and dont worry.

good luck!!

I too can't imagine how it would be to have a little one and be pregnant. Just based on this first trimester stuff I NEVER want to be PG again, and we tried for a LONG time go get the BFP! I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired!
