Prregnant after 2 mmc's and v anxious - anyone else in similar situation??

Hey

I got my last weekend and am delighted but also v anxious!!!

I have been pregnant twice before in the last 15 months and have had no bleeding & really strong symptoms both times, including heartbeats at early scans - only to discover at 12 week scans that there was no heatbeat.

The last time I was in for a d&c the consultant offered to give me regular scans when I got my again so hopefully this time all will be good!

Just wondering is anyone else in the same position or have any positive stories after mc?

So sorry for your losses! I have had a MC but it was early on and a missed one must be even more heart breaking!
I wish you loads of look and hope the scans ease your mind!

Hi

I had a missed miscarriage back in December 08 and I am pregnant again now, almost out of the first trimester though ( THANK GOD)

I just want to say that I have been a bag of nerves the whole time, but the positive influence and mental attitude of my family and some of the ladies here online, really helped me see this pregnancy as a completely different siutation to the previous one and made me see things with a more positive light.

Stay strong and always remember that this is different, its always a different story each pregnancy.

Big hugs XX

Only one MC here (so far, fingers crossed) at 5.5 weeks back in March. Am just passing that point now (will be 6 weeks this weekend).

Yes am nervous - so don't want it to happen again - and to be honest, maybe finding it a little harder to "bond" with my baby at the moment (threw myself into last time).

I am taking every day/week/scan as it comes and praying.

Trying to keep positive: doing what I can to have a happy, healthy pregnancy and, beyond that, trying not to stress about what I cannot control. Since stress isn't positive.

Good luck to all of us.

QT
