really bad morning sickness....

just as the title says. i have it big time. i spent from 7pm last night to 12noon today throwing up. i feel dreadful. had to take another day off work. i haven't ate anything properly for days. i am nibbling on a cheese sandwhich just now but not enjoying it at all i have lost close to 10ibs in weight.

i feel constantly sick and tired. i have zero energy and feel i just want to spend all day in bed but i cannot as i have a very active 10 month old baby boy to look after (he does go to nursery - thank god).

i never felt this this when preggers with ali, in fact, all i did was eat!!!

please say it will pass......

It will! Have you spoken to your Dr. about something like "Zofran" maybe? It's approved here in the states, they use it on Chemotherapy patients to curb nausea!

Go and see your Doctor who may prescribe you some anti-emetics which can help with the vomiting. Make sure you are not dehydrating and trying to drink something little and often. There is a condition called Hyperemesis Gravidarum, which basically is severe morning sickness where you can keep nothing down at all. If you think this is the case, bring a urine sample to your docs who will check it for ketones (a sign of dehydration) Sometimes treatment involves needing an I/V drip of fluids.

Look after yourself and I hope that the above is not the case and that your MS passes quickly.

All the very best to you.

I got a similair repsonse from my midwife "I bet that's not nice"!!!

Just want I wanted to hear. But fingers crossed mine stopped at around 14 weeks (over 15 now).

It gets better just hang in there. At points I felt like I was dying and that I was never going to be nomal again!
