i had my official 12 weeks scan yesterday. baby's father couldn't make it but his/her godfather was there and loved every minute of it.
everything on the scan looked normal and the baby was moving quite a lot !
godfather had never seen a scan before and he was amazed to see how much this tiny little thing already looks like an actual baby. we even saw him/her having a drink at one point.
i think it's going to be a boy because s/he was fidgetting like mad and the heartbeat was just 154. i was told that the lowest the heartbeat when the baby is at rest, the more chances of it being a boy. 154 when active is quite low.
