Hi hun

I have een getting them quite frequently I ave found drinking lots of water can help, but apparently quite common in tri1 and 2 if it is in tri 3 then there is more concern, It could be dehydration or tiredness so make sure you get lots of rest, if you are really concerend go to GP but from what I have read and seen it is quite common I have upped my water as I said and it has helped me xxx

I have, almost exactly the same as you, I had one last night and this morning it was worse, I went back to sleep for a couple of hours to hopefully shift it but it was still there. Feels like waking up with a hangover!!!

I have taken parecetomal 3 times and that shifts it. MW says it was fine to take paracetomal and they are common in early pregnancy.
