Anger Management

Is it just me or do small things make you get more angry then they did once before?

I am furious at so many things! usually to do with MIL and Step Kids!

yes, definately!!!
I commute everyday for 1 hour 1/2 each day into work and I really have to stop myself because I would jump on every other person

I think is normal, I just try to control myself remembering that it's my hormones.........especially with my DH, bless him

hmmm I can sympathise.

I share an office with someone who irritates me at the best of times, at the moment I constantly want to kill him! just for breathing (he's muttering at the mo and I want to throw things!!!) ahhhhhh!

I comfort myself with the thought I know I will be leaving in December, and he doesn't yet! ha!

This is perfectly normal. My hubby is always pointing this out to me and even made the following comment the other day:-
"With you at the minute, when I am wrong I apologise quickly and when I am right I just shut up" It definately made me laugh. lol. Bless him....
