Ok, i've noticed that whenever i let my bladder get full (REALLY need to pee), i notice that i start to get cramps. I keep getting cramps for about 5-10 minutes after i pee, then they go away. Is this common during the first trimester? I'm hoping that this is another good sign that i'm pregnant, because i don't get cramps other then with a full bladder.

I just thought that this was kinda weird :P Hopefully this means that junior is sitting tight in there lol.

I had pains when I needed a wee and for a while after. Turned out it was a urine infection lol

strangely I can get cramps when i get hungry. or even after eating. Maybe it's the change in volume of our innerds?!
Ask the doc maybe - worth getting your urine tested just in case.
