Strange pains

Hi there
I think Im about 6 weeks and been having some strange pains, Ive been having crampy pains in my lower tummy like period pains for a while but also have a pain to the right hand side along from my tummy button. Sometimes its there sometimes it isnt, I sometimes get pain with my IBS in this area but Im not sure if this is different, sometimes it just feels like a tight muscle other times its a proper pain its not causing me agony its just there, not really a shooting pain either.

Ive read lots on pains not sure if this is something I should be worried about, I not due to see MW for 2 weeks.

Hiya hun cillybean is virtually spot on , the only other thing i'd mention is sometimes very early on you get slight period like cramping this is due to the bean implanting in your uterine wall .. the cramping can occur again when you would be due on again .. It could also be caused by the muscles & ligaments softening which when you do daily activities it then feels like pulling or stretching & is normal too.

thanks girls, its a strange time this, not knowing what to expect whats normal and that. Im sooo excited but waiting to tell people till i know all is ok after a scan is that normally around 12 weeks?

docs worked out im due on the 7th january does that make me 7 weeks or 5 I read somewhere that you have to remove two weeks. Last per was 3rd april
