Ok, on the 19th i took a pregnancy test and it came up POSITIVE. I used a CVS early responce test, the line was faint, but definetely blue and there. I took an equate today and i got a NEGATIVE!! There is a little something there, but i would still consider the test negative. I know that his can happen and the person still be pregnant, but i don't know what to think now I'm going to try taking a digital on tuesday, and i'm going to take another equate test in the morning with fmu.

I was so excited to finally be pregnant...What should i do?
Has this happened to anyone else that was actually pregnant? HELP!!!

if you have money, buy the first response early detection test.
that one will confirm any doubts you might have.

I agree with Aqua. That test would definitely tell you if your pregnant or not. Its still promising that you saw something on the other test, it just might not read that much HCG. Good luck hon!.

yeah, in the very beginning HCG is low low low and some crappy tests don't detect it regularly.
my advice is don't buy clear blue, it really stinks.

Yeah, i'm just so sad now. I was certain todays test would be really dark...instead i got nothing at all!!! I posted my test, and it was DEF. not an evap line. I might take another test tonight after holding it for a while and see what i get. I took those other tests today after not going to the bathroom for about 3 hours. I'm hoping that my pee might have been too diluted or something... If i take the test tonight i won't be able to take one in the morning, but i'll take 2 more on monday, then a digital on tuesday.

Did you take the test today with FMU? Maybe that's why you didn't get a dark line? The other possibility is that the equate test is not as sensive as the other. Don't give up hope yet. Test again tomorrow with FMU and let us know how it goes

I'm def. not giving up hope yet, i want a baby WAY too much to be detered by this little complication. I'm just looking at my BFP and i'm holding hope in that faint blue line ^.^ I just know that i'm pregnant. My bbs and nips are sore, and my back hurts. My bm's have all been really weird for about 2 weeks now, and i've heard that that's a pretty good pg symptoms. I've also had insomnia for about a week now, but i'm exhausted all the time. I'm just hoping that the cvs test was more sensitive then the equate one or some other little trivial thing like that.

I wouldnt recommend the digital even tho it seems like it would be accurate cuz i took one last month and it said i was preggo and then the next day i took another one and it said not preggo and also on the ttc board a few of the other ladies had that problem too.

I'm only taking the digital after i take a line test...i just want to read the "pregnant" read-out lol. I'm just scared to death to get a "Not Pregnant" read-out

ya i think there cool but make sure you double check it with the line ones. lol i thought they would be more accurate but im guessing not lol
