Do/did your early symptoms come and go? I mean, yesterday I woke up feeling really crappy. And today I woke up fine. Yesterday evening I didnt feel excessively tired. Now I feel a little queasy but not so much as yesterday.

It's hard to not panic that something is wrong..

If baby had fallen out I'd notice right?? cramps? blood? there's been no blood.

I'm not sure TinyToes, as I am new to this myself - but certainly, I think bleeding would be a sign. Your womb has built itself up since your last AF, so I would think that if anything had happened, bleeding would happen soon after. Not sure - the other girls will probably have better advice. Good luck though, I'm sure everything is fine.

I know what it's like to worry though, I have backache at the moment and am freaking out that it is something bad. This is what happens when you google symptoms on the internet!

i know, self diagnosis is a terrible thing when you're scared. I bet if we listed our syptoms enough we'd come up with some tropical disease!!

i have heard its normal to have different symptoms
arent we girls silly if we dont have symptoms we complain and worry something is wrong,if we do we complain how terrible we feel.

i told the doc i didnt have symptoms and the next day (im not joking) i got sick for 4 weeks, only now im starting to feel better but my symptoms have been different every time, one day im more queasy one day im more tired.

i have also read that you should only worry if you see blood and even then a small amount might be nothing

good luck!

Hi hun, don't panic........it is very normal, I was very much like that with my first pregnancy, and was told it was all about fluctuating hormones.

This time around I never had any symptoms at all to start with then they bowled me over.

Do not panic hun, if you was to lose the baby, you would know about it. BUT that isn't going to happen either, OK! x

My symptoms keep coming and going too only been sick 3 times so far and nausea now and again.

I know what you mean its hard not to panic that there is something wrong. I had a missed miscarriage 5 years ago this month and only found out at my first week scan (13 weeks) although baby died at 8 weeks I had no cramping, no blood loss etc but all my symptoms (morning sickness, sore nipples etc) disappeared altogether.

I was exactly the same in the first trimester, i'd feel really bad some days, but then on other days i'd feel fine & be convinced something had gone wrong!!

Try not to worry too much, i think it is pretty normal, but there is just so much to panic about, lol!! It wont get much better once baby arrives either, lol!!!

I think it's funny how all pregnant women just expect to feel crappy by default!!
Morning sickness is a side-effect of pregnancy, but not a MUST.
If you are feeling well, embrace it and think of it as in the baby is being nice to you.
Really if there is no bleeding, everything is probably just fine.
