Bump Bands???

I know nothing about these!! Can someone tell me how they work??? I see people in them on the 3rd tri bump page all the time and I am trying to figure it out. Do you just wear your jeans undone and cover it with the band? How does the band stay on - just friction?? LOL If anyone has worn them - are they comfy??? Thx girls!

Hey, i have one, bought it off ebay for £3!! yep you can wear a bump band over the top of your jeans with the button undone if your in the inbetween stage where your normal jeans are that little bit tighter now and your not quite ready for maternity jeans. or when you get further along you can wear them with maternity jeans (especially if they are the jeans that just have the elastic on the sides like mine do instead of the over the bump elastic) and with a non-maternity vest top so that your bump isnt on show xx

I often wear non-mat clothes totally unzipped or undone, with a band over the top - it holds things in place and just looks like another layer. It's not too tight, but does make me feel like I have a tiny bit of extra support, which I like.

I got mine from Topshop for £5, apparently they're 3 for £10 in New Look.

Hi I also have a white one from TopShop that i wear over jeans and work pants!!
There great in holding your pants up.
I haven't bought any maternity clothes...I just use the band and a waist expander button....they are great!!!

Thanks for the tips - I'm kind of hoping to not have to spend $$ buying maternity clothes, so if I can work with what I have I will. I would rather buy cheap-O larger sizes and the bands than specialty mat wear!!!
