Try not to worry too much Suzan.. Stress ain't good for the baby either I know it's easier said than done, but try to do so anyway.

Well, it's still the same day.. In two weeks, but we are going to see another doc this Thursday so it will be a week after the previous one. I will see what is happening, I hope we can get our fears disappear this Thursday and I wont be needing to be depressed for another week.

I think it will be useless to do one before this Thursday.

Hiya, I was just reading your post, and thinking how similar this was to my situation. Last week I had a scan, but I was only 4 weeks pregnant, so there was nothing to see. Then the doctor had to put me in the bracket of poss ectopic. I had bloods taken straight away,and was told to return Saturday just gone to have another test. Last week my hcg levels were 600, and at four weeks they worried me and said this was quite low, but I thought it was ok. Then after a very depressing friday and Saturday they rang me in the afternoon and said that my levels had doubled, that everything should be fine and to arrange another scan for a couple of weeks.
This has put my mind at ease now, and I cannot understand why the same thing hasnt been done for you. The worry for 2 days was enough to bear, but for you it seems you still have a long while to wait before you get the reassurance you need.
I feel for you, you must be going out of your mind. Please try not to worry, I am sure everything will be fine. I think like me it was just too early to see anything.

Your situation is somehow different. At 4 weeks nothing can be seen, I understand that neither a sac was seen but a test has put ur doctor's and ur mind to ease.

I was 6 weeks! Normally people see the baby and the heartbeat by then. My sac didnt measure 6 weeks, it measuread much less.

I have driven myself like crazy these two days, but what can I do? I dont want to see another doc now and feel more disappointed!! I am depressed now, how am I gona feel when it's x2!!

I hope my case is like urs, praying all the time.

No one measures their dates untill their dating scan that's why they don't do it early. Sizes up till then are estimates and not very good ones at that. I don't even think mine is right now. I think I've gone from measuring too small to measuring too big. I won't find out till my 20WK scan but I know my babies O.K. and I hope you get the reassurance I got
