Unhappy

i HATE waking up!

First few months of morning sickness were simpley just being sick once when I woke up (which was fine because I felt O.K. afterwards.) Since the 12WK mark I've been sick ATLEAST 3 times a day! I feel so bad when I wake up I can barely move. Yes, I've tried everything. I was sick 8 times yesterday before I got a migrane and went back to bed. This is more of a rant than a question! I wish the sickness would end. I'd much rather take a nice dose of tiredness than sit here with all this energy and be unable to do anything with it!

I felt sick from 5WK but actually being sick was from about 8-9WK.. Apparently the more you're sick the more likely it's a girl, so I'm holding on for hope! Pretty sure it's a boy though, which is good too. Just hate to be so sure it's a boy at this stage

I felt ill throughout my pregnancy and was always sick after I had been to see the midwife for some reason :S (maybe because they prod around?). Anyway, I feel for you.

A few suggestions:
Eat BEFORE getting out of bed (ginger biscuits are meant to be great)
Eat little and often
Drink lots of water (sip it if you feel sickly)
You can get wrist bands (accupressure) that help with feelings of nausea apparently

Btw - think i've heard that sickness is nothing to do with the sex, more with your body adjusting to so many changes at once and the HCG levels.

Hope that helps

Thank you!

I have two of the wrist bands, they don't work for me
I've been living on water, other drinks make my sick a dodgey colour (TMI)
I have no choice but to eat little and often lol!
I was eating before I got out of bed, I don't know why I stopped. I'm gonna have to start again I think

I want to but my hospital doesn't tell you. Its against their policy or something! Was very disappointed but it has made me wonder about having a suprise. If I can't wait I'll go private and find out. Abit early, but do you know if you're going to find out what you're having?

Thats a stupid rule! can't you ask to go to a different hospital? Get one of those 4D scans, they're great, a little pricey but worth it!
