They're not uncommon in pregnancy or for women who suffer with them anyway to find they increase in frequency. Feeling faint is something I was told to look out for as sometimes palpitations can become troublesome in pregnancy, not sure about breathlessness but if it were me, I'd go to see the doctor to see what they say.

Hey hun,

Ive been having tachycardia before i became pregnant (which is hart palpitations) and they are still there whilst pregnant now, it is indeed uncomfortable..

They can range anywhere form a few seconds to 45 min and put a strain on your neck muscles and chest can cause a feeling breathlessness but but it will not get in the way of breathing (although it might make you feel light headed or very tired)..

Ive had it checked out at the docs and had test etc at the hospital... some people just experience them but if it doesnt get in your way (like passing out etc.) it is not dangerous and there is no reason to be worried

Specially whilst pregnant and with all the extra blood flowing around, the hart just gets a bit confused as to how much to pump around.., if your worried go see your GP, but by all means dont google it because half of the info is just rubbish

I found it helps me to put my head down completely and bend over, this way blood flow seems to jump in the right direction again..

Good luck
