Here comes morning sickness

I guess this is it starting.
I'm not even 5 and a half weeks but I have been feeling distictly nauseous all morning.. lots of deep breaths necessary and the odd hot heady flush.
this is a little early no? Hope it doesnt mean I will be getting a heavy dose!!

I had morning sickness early on in my first pregnancy, that was how i knew i was pregnant. Everyone is different, you might have it badly but just for a few weeks.

This sounds gross but the only thing i could eat was mushroom and tomato sandwiches, couldnt keep anything else down.

This time round i could eat anything but could only drink black tea and full fat coke, anything else made me heave!! It is so weird!

The only think that realy helped me was mint imperials. Weird! might be worth a shot.

Morning sickness is hard work, but its a good sign that your baby is growing well and itll all be over in a few weeks. I know it makes you feel like you're going mad though.

funny you say this - because in the last 24 hours I've really upped my healthy eating campaign - loads of veges!....carrots, toms, spincach, opnions, broccoli - I wondered if it could be because the baby is absorbing them and having a growth spurt!! hahah Prob a bit quick for that...but I am trying to see the sickness as a good sign!

No its definately a good thing! Someone told me that a lot of sickness is a sign of a strong pregnancy and I kept that in my head the whole time, regardless whether its true or not, and it made me feel like it was worth it.

I cant even bear to eat any veggies ATM apart from sweetcorn so Im eating about 7 bits of fruit a day! hopefully that should wear off soon and I can start eating veg again!
