I think geing pregnant is one of those times when you dont need to worry about gaining weight, unless it seriouslt affects your health. If you are active anyway you will probably snap back into shape easily anyway. My mam has had 6 kids and is a size 8 and she is a really active person.
Eat what you want, when you want, after all you have another person growing inside you.
I've gained about 10 lbs so far and I'm only 13 weeks. I'm not even eating all that much either! I was very self conscious in the beginning but at this point, I dont really care! Its all for a great cause!
I used to be really strict with my weight (which is hard, because Im tall and a DD cup) but recently Ive just let that go out of the window. I used to go to the gym 4-5 times a week and now Ive only been once since september. Ive put on a lot of weight, but as long as I can get rid of it at the end I dont mind.
I'm 12 wks and I haven't gained any weight at all. In fact I've lost a couple of pounds. I thought that by now I would have gained something at least. I haven't been sick or anything and I'm eating more than normal. Strange
My BBs are bigger and I've got a definate bump so it's even more strange.
i personally dont care what I look like. As long as I'm eating healthy foods, and baby is getting his/her goodness that who cares if I put on a few more pounds - I can concentrate on loosing that when I'm running after a little one, not now.
Well I dont see the 2-3 lbs I gained so what I look like is not the issue but I certainly dont want to gain 1/3 of my weight the first 3 months keep in mind you wont be running after a little one for at least a year after birth
