I'm Currently Feeling: | i can certainly relate to the tiredness! mornins i'm ok, after lunch i'm cream crackered, and pretty much a zombie all afternoon. I get so grumpy and irritable too! I snap without any planning, at people I wouldnt usually snap at. oops!
Oh lynz - 13.5 hour shifts...sounds horrific!! |

Im not sure what your situation is, but if you do have an OH then let him do the work for a change! Theres no point wearing yourself out.

I'm Currently Feeling: | im zonked too but have my 2.5 year old at home so running round after him. Hes had a nasty bug since friday so hes woken up for the last three nights.

I'm Currently Feeling: | yea paracetomol is ok while preg NOT allowed aspirin or ibruprofen
i got prescribed co-codamol so that must be ok too |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I have been knackered on a night after work, last until about 9pm and then i start falling asleep so go to bed, but then i have been waking up and three am every morning needing a pee and then can't go back to sleep !!! I am usually an excellent sleeper could sleep through anything, its a nightmare LOL |
