I'm Currently Feeling:  | i can certainly relate to the tiredness! mornins i'm ok, after lunch i'm cream crackered, and pretty much a zombie all afternoon. I get so grumpy and irritable too! I snap without any planning, at people I wouldnt usually snap at. oops!
Oh lynz - 13.5 hour shifts...sounds horrific!! |

As for being tired, make the most of it! If you need to sleep, then sleep and leave someone else to do the work. Ive been having to leave my poor OH to do everything, but he understands. Im not sure what your situation is, but if you do have an OH then let him do the work for a change! Theres no point wearing yourself out.

i got prescribed co-codamol so that must be ok too |

I'm Currently Feeling:  | I have been knackered on a night after work, last until about 9pm and then i start falling asleep so go to bed, but then i have been waking up and three am every morning needing a pee and then can't go back to sleep !!! I am usually an excellent sleeper could sleep through anything, its a nightmare LOL |
