Pain in groin area

I have this pain in my left side, sort of in the groin area.

It's not there all the time but I get it quite abit, sometimes it lasts a few days then will go away but then come back but when I do have it it's there pretty much all the time. It's not even a pain really just something I can feel, sort of like being pinched in that area but on the inside if that makes sense? It's always in my left side

Also sometimes when I get up I get a really sharp pain lasting a few seconds, in the same area although I do sometimes feel that on my right side aswell.

Does anyone know what it is? Worrying me abit now

Thanks x

Hello Rachel!

Don't worry too much about that. I have been dealing with pains like that for a few weeks now. It is probably "Round Ligament Pains" that you are experiencing. Our muscles are stretching, so there will be some pain.

When it happens to me, I try to get up slower or will even stop and let the pain subside until I start moving again.....

Good luck!

I feel most of the times that the pain is on the left side as well. If I think a lot about it I swear it stays there, but when I stop thinking that I have it, I promise! it fades away, I am like, what the hell!!!!

If there is no blood, then everything is fine as long as the pain isnt strong.

Sounds like stretching pains Rachel - everything moving and being pushed about in there too
