umm i had really bad sore boobs from day1 till about last week, i had to sleep in my bra sometimes, it was always worse at night and first thing in the morning. I dont know what you coul do really to ease it, i didnt do much. try a pregnancy bra with more support and you can get 'sleeping pregnancy bra's online' that might help. i just let it pass, and i was quite glad too because i didnt have many other symptoms it was reassuring to have sore boobs! haha, now theyre kinds gone and i worry all the time with no symptoms!

Try a maternity bra hun, i was amazed at how much better my boobs felt having more suitable support, If im not going anywhere then i wear a mat bra for bed & during day, if i go out i put on a normal bra for now as it doesnt hurt like before due to me wearing the mat bra mostly. They are so very comfortable you just dont get any uplift type support but when they are sore thats the last thing on your mind. I have 2 so i can wash one wear one in black & white . xxxx

I'm completely with you on this one! The sore boobs were my main symptom prior to my BFP and they're still sore now. My cat Oliver is doing his best to trample my boobs at every opportunity!!! PAIN!!!!!

My bb's are in agony a lot of the time & noticed I feel worst with my underwires on. I have a larger chest & so always wear underwire - but bought some maternity bras online & they help at least during the day- not quite so much pain. I was having pain on the sides and under my bb's - getting veins there too I noticed and think the underwires were sitting right on top of those veins. BB's still hurt really bad at night when Im sleeping & havent found a way to stop that yet - just getting through it.

That's how I knew I was PG and tested to confirm. The bloody cat walked across my boobs and I shot through the roof with the pain. I'm only 5weeks now, but the pain is geting worse. M+S and your 25% off bras here I come

I always thought people just said sore boobs as in hardly anything sort of noticeable. But mine really hurt! ouch when i take my bra off its horrible!is this because they are growing rapidly? i may invest in a maternity bra too!xx

Yeah - Im with you with the no bra thing - but the maternity ones I have been wearing during the day.

Read online today about it & ideas were no underwires, using cold rag or compress on them (maybe restricts blood vessels?) and sleep with a comfy bra on at night
