Anyone having pain in right side?

Im 6 weeks, tomorrow, and all day long I have been having little pains in my right side. It feels like pin pricks. I dont remember this with my others. I hate to be a nervous nelly, but If It doesnt go away, I was going to call the doc tomorrow. I have an ultrasound on Tuesday, so Im trying to hold out. Anyone else having this?

I have been having mini-shooting pains for the last 4 weeks! I have heard alot of people complain of this type of pain, in fact it is one of the first things I read about.

I had pains that ranged from little shooting pains to strong period pains until about 12 weeks, I now get them occasionally but not as frequently as before - it's to do with the implanting and stretching in uterus - as long as there's no blood, you should be fine hun - if you're really worried though call your midwife or doctor and see what they suggest.

Good Luck xx

All last night i had really bad "period pain cramps"
but they've gone now just, i was worried but i think like third time said its to do with uterus stretching and all that.

if you're worried hun get seen by a doctor, better to be safe

x

I talked to my doctor about this... a little bit of pain is perfectly normal, especially in the 1st trimester. However, if it gets to be severe pain you need to go to the ER or OB Triage. I had that problem on Wed and I ended up going to emergency surgery to remove a cyst. No fun! haha

Hiya,

I am experiencing this too, I get twinges in both sides actually altough seems to be more prominent on my left side. I also get a stretching feeling right accross the front of my tummy, as if I have held off going to a wee for too long!!!!
