Aches & Pains during 1st Tri

I'm hoping someone can help me. I've heard its normal to have aches and pains when you first fall pg but what type of pains are they?

Since the weekend i've had the feeling as if i have an upset stomach. Its not period pains but like i need the toilet (tmi). I dont seem to be going as often as normal and wondered if that could be the reason. I know you can suffer from constipation but i'm not sure if its that cos i am going every day although not as much.

Sorry if this is a bit full on but i was hoping someone might know.

I got stomach pains like that too. I also get tearing/ripping pains down low and to the side, which are round ligament pains, I've gotten pains like I was about to get AF (really crampy and sore, but with no bleeding) and last night I got a new one in my abdomen, the center of it, like a ripping burning pain...not sure what that was. Most aches and pains are normal..so long as they aren't accompanied by bleeding, lightheadedness (to a point) or things that would be considered ectopic symptoms.

It could be a number of things. I've had a few different abdominal pains...

Uterus contractions - feel like menstral cramps

Little 'twinges' on either my left or right side... no idea what those are but they aren't bad and only last for a minute or two.

Gas pains - these can get pretty bad.
If they are lower abdominal they can really ache, usually on the left side, they are generally relieved when the gas is... ahem... expelled. It can take up to an hour or so to get things moving.
Upper abdominal gas pains generally just feel achy and nauseating. It may feel like you are going to be sick... once again, let out a good blech or two and you feel much better.

Sorry if it's TMI, this is just what I am experiencing. The gas pains are by far the worst of the lot. I'm trying to eat non-gassy foods, but it just won't go away, I'm so very thankful that my hubby is understanding of my 'issues'
