Test differences

Hi Ladies

2 negative Clearblue tests, 1 negative FR... I've been hearing Superdrug own brand is better.

Any opinions on it?

Hey there. Maybe think about going to the Doctor and getting one done there. They will be able to help. Have you and symptoms???

hey i'm having a blood test tomorrow. however, speaking to my mum, she didnt get a positive on hpt or docs til she was 13 weeks!

and im 10 days late; tired; dizzy (thought was vertigo) hungry but dont know what i want, face has broken out, slight cramps in lower tummy. 2 negative clearblue, 1 negative first response. could be the hormone hasnt shown up, but been v v v v v regular for 9 years...

hmm?!?!

Well it all sounds positive. They say that you can get false negatives but you never get a false positive so fingers crossed for you! xx

I got my BFP on a superdrug own... I think they are more sensitive than a clearblue digi but no more sensitive than a FRER...rather tha spending the money perhaps you should wait until the bloods because if you get a BFN I don't think it will make it any clearer for you (ie you will be in with a chance, and so the result is you will be a few quid lighter but no real answer).

lol vry true.
its just annoying - BFN's mean nothing especially when people tell me there are good chances of false negatives. even my mum had 2 neg blood tests before random testing at 13 weeks and getting a BFP!

I know what you mean... I would stop testing because you can't believe BFNs yet and they may well be false negatives... you'll drive yourself insane, and be poorer - get OH to take you out for meal with the HPT money you would spend... it sounds like you need a treat. xx

lol ur really sweet. he's as anxious to find out as i am, as this would be a little surprise if i am pregnant. i am hoping i am. i feel different but i dont want to get my hopes up tooo much x

If you're extremely desperate you could pay for a private scan to be done and it would tell you whether theres a baby in there and if not whether you have a follice about to be released and haven't actually ovulated yet.
