Pulled muscle?

Does anybody else feel like they've pulled a muscle in their stomach??

The only way i can describe it is that it's like i've exercised for the first time in ages and i'm all sore the next day.

Normal??

Think its pretty normal hun Its uncomfortable though. Have you tried a heat pack or hot water bottle to take the pain a bit?

I feel like I've pulled a muscle in my stomach too, it's not constant just when I stretch - feel like I can't stretch fully like when I yawn as I feel like I'm going to tear something

Things moving stretching ... take it easy wont you. You body changes every day through pregnancy and the first trimester can exhaust you (although I think I was luckier than most) and the last tri is nightmare and the second tri is blooming ... just not sure I got that but hey ho theres hope

Hope your well chick
